How do you become one?
His name is Habeet and he is an engineerThere are many different routes in becoming an engineer. Some involve university studies, while others are more hands-on. Traditionally, you had to study Mathematics and Science at school if you wanted to go on to become an engineer, but things are no longer so black and white. There are now many more routes into the engineering profession and greater flexibility for you in terms of how you reach that goal.
When in college you must study mathematics plus a science. If you want a Bachelor in Engineering, it is a three year course; and for a Maasters in Engineering it is a four year course. Once you have graduated from college, you will need to complete a period of Initial Professional Development so that you can develop the technical and business skills necessary to reach chartered status (which is a good thing).
